Gareth founded Vearsa in 2009 and grew it into Europe’s largest eBook distribution company, serving 500+ publishers and raising more than €20m. He then joined John Wiley & Sons as VP, Global Channel Partners, with responsibility for a $400m+ global P&L.

Since 2019 he has co-founded and advised growth-stage businesses including Storyhub, Store Automator, Housebuild.com, iRevise and Workvivo (acquired by Zoom), and is the founder of Bizmark.ie, Ireland’s confidential business marketplace. He is the author of The Irish Exit.

Eoghain’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from design through to sign-off, consistently delivering complex, high-profile projects. His portfolio includes Carton House, Palmersgate, Merit Medical, Bonham Quay, Medtronic, ESB 220kV substations, water treatment plants and Irish Rail depots, alongside large residential and office schemes.

He has presented on building control at both the Dáil and Westminster, and is an industry leader in building control and building certification.

Recognised for sound engineering judgement and strategic insight, Paul enables ambitious design while maintaining regulatory confidence and commercial viability, giving clear direction on complex fire safety challenges from concept through delivery and operational readiness.

His portfolio includes the 187m Seascape mixed-use tower, the 6 Green Star office at 61 Molesworth Street, the New Zealand Parliament Buildings, Sky Stadium, Department of Corrections modular prison programmes, and Emergency Department and Operating Theatre buildings.

He supports BSR regulatory assurance through Gateway reviews, and provides expert witness services and independent technical peer review, applying best practice gained across the UK, Irish, Australasian and North American markets.
